It’s two weeks since we began our six-week transformation plan ‘Operation Bare Food’, meaning two weeks since our leaders Claire, Chelene, Michael and Sandra have changed how they eat, how they exercise and how they think about staying healthy.
We’re extremely happy to report that two weeks later our four are continuing to make progress! Here’s what happened at the weigh-in after week two:
- Claire: 2lbs
- Chelene: 5lbs
- Sandra: 5.5lbs
- Michael: 5.5lbs
