Last week we began our six-week transformation plan ‘Operation Bare Food’ after we finished the search for our leaders. Since Sunday 17th April they have changed how they eat, how they exercise and how they think about staying healthy.
One week later we are extremely happy to report that all four leaders’ have made fantastic progress! Here is how much weight each of our leaders lost in the last seven days:
- Claire: 3lbs
- Chelene: 4lbs
- Sandra: 9lbs
- Michael: 5lbs
