Operation Bare Food – Week 4 results

Would you believe it is now four weeks since we unveiled our Operation Bare Food leaders! Since then they’ve begun a huge transformation in terms of how they eat, how they exercise and how they think about their diet.

Here’s how they got on after this morning’s weigh-in:

  • Chelene: down 0.5lbs
  • Sandra: down 1lb
  • Claire: up 2lbs
  • Michael: down 2.5lbs
